The Awori Welfare Association of Nigeria (AWAN) is a non-profit organization that aims to promote the welfare and development of the Awori people in Nigeria. The Awori people are a subgroup of the Yoruba ethnic group and are predominantly located in the southwestern part of Nigeria, particularly in Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo states.
AWAN was established to address the social, economic, and cultural needs of the Awori community. The association works towards fostering unity and cooperation among the Awori people, preserving their cultural heritage, and improving the living conditions of its members.
